SUNNY AT THE SETAI: The von Furstenbergs are headed to South Beach. Led by financier Alexander von Furstenberg, the family has partnered with Nakash Holdings — the privately held company controlled by the founders of Jordache — on a new hotel deal. Nakash Holdings purchased The Setai hotel from a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. back in December. As of Feb. 27, the families will act as co-owners of the 120-room luxury hotel, which is located at 2001 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach and originally opened in 2004.
