FINAL ROUND: The Duchess of Cambridge carried out her final round of public engagements Friday before the start of her maternity leave. The young royal, who is due to give birth to her second child in April, joined the Duke of Cambridge for a tour of Stephen Lawrence Center, a London facility that helps disadvantaged youths. They also visited XLP in Gipsy Hill, a charity that aids inner-city children, and watched performances that are a part of the XLP arts program. They also toured an XLP community bus and a mobile recording studio at the Hazel Grove Estate in Sydenham. A regular wardrobe recycler, the duchess donned the same fuchsia pink Mulberry coat that she wore during the couple’s official tour in New York last year. She wore the coat to visit Ground Zero and attend a 9/11 memorial service. The duchess has also been putting pen to paper this week for Place2Be, a charity of which she is a patron and which offers counseling for school children.
