Organic apparel lifestyle brand Zady has added two to its team. Monica Nicoletti will be working on the design of Zady’s new products. Nicoletti was most recently senior director of women’s design at Club Monaco. She began her career as head designer at Alberta Ferretti’s prêt-à-porter collection before moving on to DKNY as senior designer and later to Theory. Elizabeth Carey Smith joins the company as design director, and will be the graphic designer for the site as well as for social media channels such as Instagram and Pinterest. Previous clients include Feed, Williams-Sonoma, David Jones and Anthropologie.
